We'll depart from near the center of Valencia and journey to Montenejos, a charming alpine-style town where we'll enjoy a leisurely coffee before our adventure begins. Our hike will take us through the breathtaking Canyon of Maimona, typically lasting about 3.5 hours. Depending on the weather, we may opt for the complete circuit around the canyon or a shorter walk to the highest point on the south side, allowing more time to relax at the thermal pools.

Following our hike, we'll have the opportunity to unwind with a refreshing swim in the thermal pools of la Fuente de Los Baños, where the water maintains a comfortable 23°C temperature even in winter.
