Two-Hour Buggy Adventure – Off-Road Thrills in South Iceland
Experience the thrill of our two-hour guided buggy adventure, the perfect way to explore the dramatic landscapes of South Iceland. Your journey begins at Brú Base, by Road 249, where your guide will take you through a quick safety briefing before gearing you up in a waterproof suit and helmet. Then it’s time to hop into your buggy and hit the trail.
Drive through the rugged countryside between Fljótshlíð and Eyjafjallajökull, visiting hidden waterfalls and crossing small streams as you navigate the Markaðsfljótaurar tundra-like sand fields around Dímon. Along the route, enjoy unforgettable viewpoints overlooking Seljalandsfoss and the Westman Islands.
This fun and scenic tour offers a unique way to experience Icelandic nature. With a mix of gravel tracks, river splashes, and breathtaking scenery in every direction, it’s the ultimate outdoor playground — perfect for beginners and adventure lovers alike.
Our two-seater, fully automatic 4×4 buggy is road legal, safety-inspected, and built for comfort, featuring roll cages, safety belts, and double A-arm suspension for a smooth and secure ride.
Shared rides mean two guests per buggy. If your group has an odd number and you select shared rides, you must book one single-rider buggy. If not booked correctly, the additional fee will be charged on-site.
