Sporty people master the 455 steps from the eastern stadium entrance to the Schanzenturm on foot. Alternatively, the driveway with an inclined lift is more comfortable and faster. The tower was designed by star architect Zaha Hadid plus features a panoramic restaurant Bergisel SKY and the viewing terrace 44 meters (143 feet) above the ground, which are easily accessed in a few minutes by two lifts.
