1. I will pick you up from your hotel in Khiva. 2. We will go to a special plov house — a local place where only local people eat. It is not a tourist restaurant. It is very beautiful, and decorated in national style. 3. This place makes only plov (Uzbek rice dish). It is different from restaurant plov — more traditional, more tasty, and cooked in a big pot called kazan. 4. While we eat, I will tell you about plov, Uzbek traditions, family life, and culture. You can ask me any questions. It will be a friendly talk, not a formal tour. 5. You can take photos, drink green tea, and enjoy the local atmosphere. You will feel like a guest, not a tourist.
