We will welcome you at our house with Indian traditional way with the welcome drink Chai. Afterwards will tell you something about the Indian foods and masalas. Then we start our cooking class with the demonstration of all things. In this class you will have hands on experience on Indian food. During the class we will teach you Indian dishes like Chapati (Roti), Dal (Lentils), Cottage cheese (Paneer sabji), Palak paneer (Spinach and Paneer), Mattar paneer, Gram flour pakora a snack (Fritter), Dal & Baati, Seasonal vegetable dishes, Kheer (Rice pudding) Halwa (Semolina pudding) etc. After the class enjoy your delicious meal which is made by you.
