Our journey begins at the Gelati Monastery, once the residence of Georgia’s legendary King David the Builder. Hear captivating stories of how this remarkable ruler ushered in the Golden Era of our homeland.
Next, we descend into the enchanting Prometheus Cave, where breathtaking rock formations and shimmering underground halls await. Experience the magic of gliding across the hidden lake by boat, feeling like the hero of a mysterious adventure.
From there, we step into the abandoned sanatoriums of Tskaltubo, where faded grandeur and overgrown beauty create an atmosphere both haunting and fascinating.
Our final destination is Nikoladze Wine House, our family winery located just 30 minutes from Kutaisi. Here, you’ll enjoy a tasting of four distinctive wines and two varieties of chacha—Georgia’s famous grape-based spirit.
The winemaker will personally share the secrets of Georgian winemaking, from ancient fermentation techniques to the tools that have shaped our “sacred drink” for centuries. To complement the tasting, we offer an assortment of local cheeses, fresh Georgian bread, or homemade khachapuri.
