Meet people and share the fun in a unique two hour workshop where you get to taste, make, and learn about this fascinating Ibizan liqueur called hierbas.

Hierbas (pronounced “year-bas”) is herbal liqueur that has been traditionally made on the island for centuries. It's so deeply ingrained in the culture of the island it would be remiss to come to Ibiza and never try this speciality. Made with a selection of wild herbs that grow all over Ibiza, it has a very unique flavour and is even protected by law.

In this workshop you will get to open your tastes buds to the vibrant wild herbs of Ibizan country side as we explore the history of why and how it's made, all the herbs that go into making it, and everyone will get to make their own unique version to take away.

As an optional extra you can even join us in the natural forests in Ibiza where we walk to forage for the aromatic herbs in the wild which you can later use when you create your own bottle! (varies by location)

The afternoon two-hour timing allows a workshop to fit perfectly in-between your day and evening plans. And with tastings-as-you-go these workshop events quickly turn into a comfortable gathering where you get to share something interesting, meet new people and have fun.
