      What you can expect

      Discover Saint-Emilion as you sip and swoosh your way through an elegant winetasting. Listen to a connoisseur describe the flavors your palette is experiencing, and learn to detect subtle notes. Your guide provides rich stories about the history and importance of this lovely region.

      After a short drive from Bordeaux city center, reach the Saint-Emilion wine producing area. Upon arrival, discover a Grand Cru estate or a Saint-Emilion Wine Shop that has been carefully selected for the quality of the wines it produces. Visit the technical installations area of the Chateau to discover how the wine is being made before participating in a narrated wine tasting session. Learn about color, tannin, aromas, and style as the expert walks you through your tasting.

      Then follow your guide on a short walking tour in the UNESCO village of Saint-Emilion. Here, you also have some free time to explore the picturesque village on your own.

      Once you're finished, meet back up with your guide to journey back to Bordeaux.
