You’ll start by crafting fresh pasta dough with flour, egg, olive oil and salt, then knead, roll and slice it into strands of spaghetti by hand. Learn the secret to cooking pasta al dente before turning to the sauce: aglio e olio, the famously simple but flavorful combination of garlic and olive oil, brightened with a splash of lemon and fresh parsley. Chef Deanna will guide you step by step, sharing authentic Italian techniques you can easily recreate at home. By the end, you’ll sit down to enjoy your handmade spaghetti aglio e olio — rustic, elegant and bursting with flavor.
