Join us for a journey from sea level to the nearly 14,00-foot summit of Maunakea to revel in the wonders and world-class clarity of the Hawaiian night sky. After Sunset at the highest point in the Pacific, we’ll come down to a little more comfortable elevation to set up our Celestron optical telescope and our digital deep space telescope to provide you with the most comprehensive star show available on the mountain. We’ll even send you home with pictures of some of the objects in the sky that evening!

For your convenience, we provide round-trip transportation from select convenient central meeting locations, including: King Kamehameha Courtyard Marriott, Kona Village Resort, Four Seasons Hualalai Resort, Queens Marketplace in the Waikoloa/Kohala Resort area, Waikoloa Plaza in the Waikoloa Village area, and at the Visitors Information Station on Maunakea.
