Ready for an experience that will awaken your senses and connect you with the magic of the Yucatán Peninsula? Join us on an exclusive journey from Mérida to the fascinating ring of cenotes, where adventure and history intertwine in an unmatched natural setting.
This is your chance to explore all types of cenotes found in Yucatán. Venture into caves where tree roots merge with the water, and marvel at the majestic stalactites and stalagmites that tell Earth’s ancient stories.
First, we’ll visit the Santa Bárbara cenotes
We’ll be the first ones to arrive so you can enjoy these magnificent cenotes without the crowds. Swim, relax, and admire these natural wonders in a peaceful, harmonious setting. Your private guide will share fascinating stories and facts to enrich your experience.
Then, it’s time to unwind and enjoy the fresh waters of Cenotes Chacksikin, Xoch, and Pool Cocom. Facilities such as restrooms, showers, and lockers will be available if you’d like to change clothes. Before we continue, feel free to grab a bite at the on-site restaurant. Afterward, we’ll head to Hacienda Mucuyche. The transfer takes about an hour.
Hacienda Mucuyché and Its Magical Cenotes
Upon arrival, your private guide will accompany you at all times. You'll receive a bracelet and begin a guided visit through the old hacienda led by a local host. Unlike the previous stop, this part of the tour is done in groups as required by the site. But don’t worry, your bilingual private guide will stay by your side to provide personal attention, clarify any questions, and ensure a smooth experience.
After the hacienda walk, you will change and rinse off any creams, perfumes, sunscreen, or insect repellent. Mandatory to help preserve the cenotes.
First up is the Carlota cenote, with its crystal-clear waters and hidden historical secrets. Then, you will swim through a lush water channel; one of the most magical moments of the day, which leads to a second cave-style cenote, Cenote Azul, guaranteed to leave you speechless.
If you like, bring a snorkel mask. You will be amazed by the feeling of floating over deep, breathtaking abysses.
Finally, we’ll begin our journey back to Mérida.
