Only Italian is spoken. You will meet in the professional cooking workshop Chef and the City, but don't worry: no special skills are required because you will all cook together under the expert guidance of the chef and/or her qualified staff, so it's fine even if you've never weighed flour before. While waiting for all the guests to arrive, you will be welcomed in the cozy dining room (yes, you read that right, there's not just a kitchen) with a small welcome buffet of sweet and savory snacks, drinks, tea, and coffee. You will cook three delicious and unique appetizers and/or one dessert from different parts of the world (no “lasagna that I know how to make really well because my high school classmate's grandmother from Emilia taught me”). You will cook for about 30 minutes, take a break to give us time to prepare the kitchen for the other recipes, and then return to the kitchen for another 30 minutes. The last hour will be devoted entirely to tasting the culinary wonders you have just made, accompanied by a glass of good wine or a special Chef and the City cocktail. You will learn, chat, get to know each other, and have fun in a relaxed atmosphere.
The experience takes place in the professional CHEF AND THE CITY cooking workshop, located on Via Laura Ciceri Visconti n. 4, with three large windows and bright red signs. When you arrive at the location, please ring the bell on the central window to enter (do not enter the building!). I look forward to seeing you! Chef Ilaria
