      What you can expect

      After requesting your rental, meet your guide at the company truck to pick up your rental equipment. Please note that you require a vehicle that can carry your rental equipment to and from the beach. Soft racks that attach to most vehicles for an additional $10 are available, and if you do not have a vehicle capable of using the soft racks, there is an additional $20 fee to have the equipment picked up and dropped off from one of the 5 beaches listed.

      If the local partner's truck is already at the beach where a customer wants to surf, there is no delivery fee or pickup fee (provided the truck is still there when you are finished with the equipment). If only a pickup is required because the truck has left before rental equipment is returned, then the additional fee drops to $10.

      All equipment must be returned in similar condition as it was when rented. Additional fees for wetsuits with rips or tears, and boards with cracks, chucks, missing fins, missing leashes, or complete breaks, will be assessed and charged accordingly.
