Day 1:
Your journey begins with pick-up from any location in Muscat, followed by a scenic drive to Nizwa. Explore the vibrant Nizwa Souq and the historic Nizwa Fort, then continue to the charming old village of Birkat Al Mouz. Discover the traditional falaj irrigation system of Al Kattmyn and take in beautiful panoramic views of Birkat.
Afterwards, ascend to the breathtaking Jebel Akhdar mountain, where you’ll spend the night surrounded by stunning landscapes.
Day 2:

This charming village is known for its traditional mud-brick homes, narrow winding streets, and stunning terraced orchards. Its impressive Falaj irrigation system supplies water to date palms, fruit trees, and vegetable gardens, showcasing Omani ingenuity in harnessing natural resources. You will have the opportunity to spend at least 1½ hours wandering through the village, following marked footpaths that meander through its homes and surrounding landscape, capturing beautiful views and experiencing authentic rural life. In the late afternoon, we will drive back to Muscat, concluding a day filled with history, culture, and breathtaking scenery.
