This unique show tells the moving life story of the rock icon, from her first musical successes with e.g. “Nutbush City Limits” and her turbulent time with her drug-addicted and violent husband, Ike Turner, through to Tina's impressive new start as a solo artist and her gigantic rise in the 80s and 90s with unmistakable songs such as “We Don't Need Another Hero” and many more.
“Simply The Best” is the brainchild of Bernhard Kurz, the producer of “Stars in Concert”. The show brings the unique sound of the Queen of Rock live on stage. It is a captivating musical biography that takes the audience on a journey through Tina's amazing career. Dorothea “Coco” Fletcher embodies the role of Tina Turner with her impressive voice and energetic performance. Together with talented dancers, the audience is transported into a visual and acoustic world full of emotion.
