An experience dedicated to lovers of great Piedmontese wines, at a family winery with a long tradition of production.
The guided visit begins in the vineyards of Roero, where the winemaker Riccardo explains the connection between the soil, the vines, and the quality of the grapes.
The tour continues in the winery to learn more about the winemaking and aging phases, with a focus on the production and evolution of full-bodied red wines.
The guided tasting includes 4 wines from Langhe, including Barolo DOCG, with explanations of their aromas, structure, and evolution over time:
- Roero Arneis D.O.C.G.
- Langhe D.O.C. (Barbera or Dolcetto)
- Langhe D.O.C. Nebbiolo
- Barolo D.O.C.G.
All paired with typical Piedmontese cold cuts and cheeses.
The experience is led directly by the family: Riccardo guides the technical part of the visit, while Alessandra accompanies the food tasting, creating a moment for discussion and in-depth analysis.
An experience designed for those who want to learn more about the great wines of Piedmont, with a focus on Barolo.
At the end of the experience, you can purchase the wines you tasted directly from the winery, including the great reds of the Langhe, an authentic expression of the territory.
