- Hukilau Marketplace (Polynesian Cultural Center)* Pounders restaurant is a farm fresh island style dining restaurant, serving fresh produce from island farms, Hawaii-raised grass fed beef, locally caught seafood, savory delights from the Pacific Rim. Their bakery is filled with local favorites with popular twists on some classics. Lunch stop is at Pounders Restaurant daily except Sunday’s. Sunday’s lunch stop will be served at the Courtyard Oahu North Shore by Pounders Restaurant with a limited menu.
