Today Bendery Castle is considered a sprawling monument with incomparable Turkish architecture. We also visit the 19th century Orthodox church. The torture museum is also there; you climb to the highest tower of the fortress. Here at the castle you can also read Münchhausen's fairy tale 'Ride on the Cannonball' and even fly on a cannon! In the XIX century, the Swedish king Charles XII lived for 3 years. What happened to him later - you'll find out when you're there!
