Our culinary journey begins with a visit to the Atarazanas market*. Here we will introduce you to a variety of seasonal products: from fresh vegetables and fruits to a variety of meats and seafood. We will select some top quality ingredients needed for cooking class. Our modern kitchen awaits you for a walk in the SOHO Art District. Before you start cooking, enjoy a tasting of three Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Along with the paella, we will also prepare sangria, gazpacho and finally churros. To complete the experience, we have selected an excellent regional wine, made with local grape varieties. Come and discover the secrets of making an authentic Spanish paella!
