- Guna Yala Comarca, Panama | The meeting point is at the Carti Boat Terminal Parking lot. Please be advised that only 4x4 SUV vehicles are allowed to enter San Blas. All other cars will be turned around. Please leave Panama City no later than 5:00am. The drive to San Blas is very difficult with lots of slow curves, pot holes and off-road sections. Contact our office before driving by yourself to San Blas to get detailed instructions. We offer the option for roundtrip transportation from Panama City and from Playa Bonita. Please select the appropriate option during checkout.
