You shall be greeted at the end of Air Bridge in the terminal building by our guide holding a welcome signage with the guest name. We will escort you to the Fast Track Immigration Counter, where the guide shall assist the Immigration Process and service will end here.

Meet at Gate no. 3 on the 3rd floor - Your name will be on a board which is placed in front of the door # 3 . The guides will meet you before entering the terminal. Includes departure fast track pass.

For flight departures from 06.00 - 00.00 - The guest will be greeted by our guide holding a welcome signage with the guest name at Airlines Check-In counter at Departure hall and shall assist you fast track departure. The guest then can be escorted to the Airline VIP Lounge where you can stay for 2 hours. Surchage may be applicable between midnight to 06.00am
