Begin with pickup from your hotel and transportation to a serene lodge in the heart of the jungle. Enjoy an introductory talk from your shaman, enter a dark room in the facility and feel the heat from hot, glowing volcanic rocks. Let the aromas of herbs and copal help you feel at ease and drive out any bad energy you may have.

Relax as your shaman treats your skin with herbs, mud, honey, aloe vera, and teas, their curative powers accompanied by the sounds of musical instruments. Four intervals of calming heat applied throughout your session help relax your muscles and leave you at ease. Finish your experience with a cold bath, if you wish, and enjoy fresh fruit and juice.
