A day of adventure is waiting for you on this tailor-made tour with an Egyptologist guide. An early start is well worth it as you see the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Abu Simbel. Explore the mighty twin temples of Ramses II, considered among the most inspiring temples in ancient Egypt.

Get an early start for your morning-long excursion to Abu Simbel. Enjoy breakfast on your way to the temples' home on the shore of Lake Nasser.

Carved out of the mountainside, Abu Simbel is one of few ancient Egyptian sites to have largely escaped damage from past invaders. Your private guide brings the history of the site back to life, telling you the story of Pharaoh Ramses II's alleged victory in the Battle of Kadash.

Marvel at the impressive twin temples in the complex, a part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site known as the Nubian Monuments. Pause for a postcard photo at the temples' façade, featuring 4 standing statues of Ramses II, and follow your guide into the temple's interior to discover how astonishingly well-preserved the structures are.

The driver was excellent, but the tour operator was very rude and unpolite with me. They also offered breakfast included, and not only did not offered it, but I had to invite the driver for kunch because the tour operator did not gave him his allowance for that. Very bad experience. The tour operator agent even warned me to not write my bad experience with him.

Pros--the price, excellent driver, amazing monuments Cons--bring your breakfast. Also admission ticket and guide not included. This was corrected after I called the tour agency.
