There’s no better way to start or end your day than on a stand-up paddleboard, surrounded by the serenity of the sea, practicing yoga. Our SUP Yoga classes offer a unique blend of movement, mindfulness, and connection with nature.
Morning classes begin at 8:30 am, and evening sessions at 6:00 pm, each lasting about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Before the class, you’ll enjoy a 10-minute introduction to stand-up paddleboarding, where our experienced and friendly instructor will guide you through the basics and share helpful tips to boost your confidence on the water.
Once you’re comfortable, you’ll paddle to our SUP yoga buoy, securely tie your board, and embark on a yoga journey like no other. Flow through a series of poses as you find balance, focus, and tranquility. Let the morning sun energize you, or unwind beneath the breathtaking hues of a technicolor sunset.
