Impressive museum ship, did the self tour with my wife. Exterior of ship is still under renovation but looks fine, they could have a few more signs to help guide self directed touring.

There is no Ghosts and Legends Tour, so you are basically just paying for admission for the price. It would still be a better deal to book it from the Queen Mary website. Can’t believe they are charging so much for parking, when the admission price is already so expensive.

Overall good tour, but lacking details and many places inaccessible for those into history or engineering. Took the Steam and Steel tour - got to see 4 empty boiler rooms, 1 empty engine room to get to 1 engine room with equipment. Tour guide spent more time in empty rooms than 1 engine room that did have equipment . None of the large spaces such as ballrooms and dining rooms open, no state rooms open to see what travel was like back then. No kitchens or crew quarters to see, which would really defined what travel was like for crew vs quests. Only grand area to see was where the tour office is located, and most of that space is shops. Overpriced for what you get to see.
