      Know before you book

      • The time selected for your booking refers to the reporting time at the Touristation Aracoeli Office, Piazza Ara Coeli 16. Redeem your voucher at the office at your selected booking time and the staff will help you plan and reserve all other attractions included in the Pass
      • You must visit the Colosseum at the date and time selected. Please note the entrance to the Colosseum will be approximately 2 hours after the meeting point time.
      • The customer is responsible, at the time of purchase, for correctly entering their first name, last name and selecting the appropriate ticket type. . The personal details must match exactly those shown on the identity document that will be presented in original form at the park entrance.
      • The ticket category must be chosen based on the customer’s age on the day of the visit and as indicated on the identity document.
      • In case of errors made by the customer during the booking process, the Tour Operator cannot be held responsible for any denied access to the Archaeological Park decided by the competent authorities, and no refund will be issued.
      • The Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel are closed on Sundays and public holidays of the Vatican City.
      • Please note that opening and closing times are subject to change due to special events at the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel and the Archeological Area (Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palatine Hill)-
      • The Vatican Museums reserve the right to close any section, including the Sistine Chapel, due to unforeseen circumstances. The closure of any museum section does not entitle visitors to any refund.
      • Persons with disabilities have the right to free entry. Therefore, it is not recommended to book this activity.
