Huge waste of money!!! Extremely unorganized with not enough details. It started off with not knowing where to meet the “guide” (a lady that handed you some papers and a train ticket) didn’t know what stop to get off at and ended up getting off to early and had to pay for a subway ticket. Finally got to the right area and could locate the bus by the generic map with a trail of dots. Whenever you “hopped” back on the bus you had to wait at least 30-45 minutes.

The train ride was great to and from Florence, the hop on hop off part was a joke! The lines were so long to get on a bus that it was impossible to see the city in one day waiting for a bus. I had to take the metro and walk.

The meeting point at the train station was confusing. There was no one there to meet you with signage. You just kind of stand around and guessed that the person coming to meet you was the person you were waiting for. We purchased a full tour and were to receive entrance to the Coliseum. Our instruction paper said our reservation was 2:30 but when we got to the Coliseum the ticket was for 3:50pm, which would not have left us enough time to enjoy the Coliseum and take the Hop on Hop Off Bus back to the train station. Very disappointing.
