You will enjoy walking through scenic old-town Takayama as you make the rounds of six sake breweries, sampling a variety of different styles. Remember to take it slow. That's a lot of sake!

Your guide is an experienced brewery worker who can explain what gives each variety of sake its unique flavor. By the end of the tour, you should have a good idea of what kind of sake you like, and how to find it.
