This is basically a scam. Once you purchase you have to wait for a voucher to be emailed to you, which you then have to physically take to a travel agent in Hong Kong, which depending on where you are staying can be very convenient. From the travel agent you will be given yet another voucher which then needs to be taken to the ferry ticket booth to collect the tickets. In other words, you might as well go directly to the ferry booth to book your own tickets. You are also charged more for this inconvient service. There are no refunds once you realize you’ve been swindled and no option to choose which ferry pier you depart from. None of this was explained before purchase.
