Meet the ticket coordinator at the meeting point 15 minutes before your scheduled entrance time to check in. The ticket coordinator will escort you through the fastest available entrance, lead you through security and answer any questions you may have. Please note that on busy days, clearing security can take up to 30 minutes.

Once you have cleared security, you will be free to organize your visit to the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel as you please. Stay as long as you like within regular operating hours and visit the areas that are most interesting to you. A classic itinerary of the must-see sights includes stops in the Pinecone Courtyard, the Belvedere Courtyard, Room of the Muses, the Round Room, the Candelabra Gallery, Gallery of the Tapestries and Gallery of the Maps. These tickets provide access to all of these areas as well as Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel. Direct access to St. Peter's Basilica is not included.
