It would have been better to eat the dishes along the way rather than having everything at the end. Also providing wine during the cooking class. The instructor didn't join us for dinner but we didn't find that out until the last minute so I think she missed out on trips. Let us know that before going into the dining room. Did learn lots about the food and instructor was very open and helpful. From a food perspective the philo dough on the spinch pie was tough and way too much garlic in the yogurt dip. Lamb was delicious and the yogurt mousse was also good.
