As twilight turns to night, we will transition into a blissful hour of Yoga Nidra Meditation, guided by the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, vocal toning, tongue drum, and chimes. This profound combination of deep relaxation and sound healing will transport you to a state of inner tranquility and rejuvenation. After the sound healing session, take some time to gaze at the stars, reflecting on the vastness of the universe and your place within it.
