Meet your friendly guide at the vibrant Triana Market, where you’ll find colorful produce, succulent meats, fresh cheeses, and other regional delicacies. Work alongside our expert chef and learn to blend local ingredients and spices to create the unique flavors that define Spanish cuisine. All ingredients and materials are provided. During the class, enjoy our homemade sangria. At the end, savor the dishes you’ve prepared, paired with up to two drinks (soft drinks, Spanish wine, or local beer). We accommodate all dietary restrictions—just let us know in advance if you need any menu changes. Once back home, you’ll be able to recreate the experience. We’ll provide written recipes and plenty of tips! Please note we have four kitchens in the Triana area: two inside Triana Food Market, one on Calle Castilla, and one at Plaza de Chapina.
