Enjoy a small group 4-course Spanish cooking class in Southeastern Sacramento, hosted through Cozymeal and limited to 8 guests. In this hands-on experience, you’ll learn to prepare classic Barcelona-inspired dishes from croquettes to dessert and featuring iconic seafood paella. Perfect for gaining confidence with authentic Spanish ingredients and techniques. The menu you will prepare includes: - Starter: Potato croquettes with Manchego cheese and roasted red pepper aioli - Bread: Pan con tomate with toasted ciabatta, olive oil, tomatoes and garlic - Salad: Citrus and avocado salad with arugula, shaved fennel, seasonal citrus and sherry vinaigrette - Main Course: Seafood paella with bomba rice, shrimp, fish, mussels and chorizo, flavored with saffron - Dessert: Tarta de Santiago with almonds, citrus and Amaretto Guests are welcome to enjoy their creations during class and take home any extras. Wine and beer are welcome to enjoy throughout the experience.
