The space is thoughtfully designed to ensure that there's plenty of room for you to work, plus open space for gathering around the chef during demos. Chat about the pungent herbs and spices used to add heat and flavor to otherwise simple dishes, and then get to work crafting your very own vegetarian, gluten-free feast.

Blend ingredients to create a hearty winter vegetable curry or a creamy eggplant curry, and learn to make paneer—a versatile fresh cheese that can be an accompaniment or the star attraction—from scratch. Mix up tasty side dishes like coconut rice and coconut chutney to go along with the meal, and make your own cucumber and yogurt sambal to cool the heat in each spicy bite. Once the last pot's off the stove, sit down to savor your meal along with a perfectly paired glass of wine or a crisp beer.
