Athens is the city of my birth. It's here that I spent my time dreaming of going into the arts. I have had careers in industrial design, illustration, and now I am a fine artist. I have always been enamored with Athens and its unique character. In recent years the city has become richer offering a much more diverse and dynamic cultural landscape. Realizing this transformation, I wanted to contribute by offering workshop experiences to promote Greek culture through art. This still life painting workshop is for art enthusiasts, who wish to go deeper than just look at beautiful objects in museums. Everyone is welcome. From beginner to advanced. In my studio, located in the central and trendy Kolonaki district, you will be guided by me through the drawing and color steps. We will explore in acrylic paint, arrangements of beautiful objects that truly represent Greek culture. You will learn basic techniques in acrylic painting including color mixing, brushwork and composition. We will paint on small, light weight wood panels just like the Ancient Greek artists did in Hellenistic times. You will also be able to take your painting home with you as a reminder of your time in Athens.
