Very bad experience. The guide was rude, the lunch was served to be eaten on the bus, later there were people eating on the bus at our stop in Bath, but he told only us eating there was not allowed, everyone could do it except us! The service at the front desk was disappointed. The girl over there didn’t know how to solve problems meanwhile the guy at the front desk was helping others with the same issues. It was frustrating we got a worst and different solution than the others. Finally, after we complained, the guy at the front desk helped us because that girl didn’t know how to do it. I will not book another tour with that company again. It wasn’t an enjoyable experience. When we call Expedia the answer was they are not responsible for any of the tours booked through their website. Please be aware of this information before you book any tour in the future.

Increíble!!! El servicio súper bien... el lunch no es muy bueno pero si te ayuda... si ves algo más que comer compra en el lugar...
