What you can expect

This experience begins at 10:00 am with hotel pickups. Upon arrival in the Palermo Viejo neighborhood, guests are greeted by the host who provides an overview of the day's activities.

The first activity involves lighting the fire and preparing salads and chimichurri sauce to accompany the meal. At around 11:15 am, guests embark on a guided tour with Frank, visiting local spots such as the square, butcher shop, bakery, and wine store, with stops to admire street art.

Upon returning to the house, guests enjoy a tasting of “picada” accompanied by an explanation of how Fernet is made with Coca. Before sitting down to eat, there's a demonstration on how to roast various cuts of meat on the Argentine grill.

For dessert, guests are served “vigilante,” consisting of cheese paired with quince or sweet potato sweets, followed by sharing delicious mates. The experience concludes after lunch is finished.
