During the cooking class, you will be taught to create some of the Albanian dishes from scratch, including some recipes that are passed down from generation to generation. All this in good company, good wine and local drinks. In this cooking class, it will be easy to prepare “Tave Kosi” the most iconic Albanian dish, known as the “independence dish”, since it was the favorite dish of Ismail Qemali, Albanian prime minister. You will also learn how to make a delicious homemade byrek.
In addition, traditional desserts will also be part of the cooking class.
We do our best to collect and use organic and natural ingredients, starting from the herbs and vegetables of our garden up to homemade wine and Raki, offering our guests above all the true local taste of Albania.
