Get transferred from Lexington city out into the Bluegrass region, where fields of green stretch out beautifully in every direction. Drive by the famous Calumet Farm, famous for its many Kentucky Derby and Triple Crown winners. Learn the history of the farm, whose horses dominated racing in the 1940s and 1950s and was established in 1924.

Next visit Keeneland Race Course, a beautiful thoroughbred racing facility and the site of the world's most expensive horse auctions and where scenes from the major movies like Seabiscuit, Secretariat, and Dreamer were filmed .
