Know before you book

  • Classic Tour: First departure from Stop 1 at 9:30am. Last departure from Stop 1 at 3:30pm. Tour duration: 120 minutes. Frequency: every 25 - 30 minutes
  • Trendy East Berlin & Wall (only included in the All Lines tickets): First departure from Stop 1 at 9:30am. Last departure from Stop 1 at 4:30pm. Tour duration: 60 minutes. Frequency: every 40 - 45 minutes
  • Mobile and printed paper vouchers are both accepted on this tour and can be redeemed at any of the stops along the route. Vouchers can be used any day within 3 months of travel date selected at check-out
  • Audio guide languages - English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Hebrew, Japanese, Chinese, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Arabic and Turkish
  • Icebar ticket (if selected): You will receive 3 ice-cold drinks with your ticket. Open Monday - Friday from 3pm - 10pm, Saturday and Sunday from 2pm - 10pm. Please choose a time when booking your ticket. Last admission is 1 hour before closing time
  • Icebar ticket (if selected): Please note, this is a time slot ticket. Please show up at the Icebar on time as we are not able to guarantee your admission later than your booked timeslot. This ticket is non-refundable
  • Tour of Lights bus tour (if ticket is selected): Operates 8th - 15th October 2025. Tour departs daily at 7pm from Rotes Rathaus/ Neptunbrunnen. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure. Duration: 2.5 hours. Includes 2 - 3 photo stops. Live commentary in German and English. All sales are final
  • Please note, on Saturday 27th September Stops 8, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16 and 17 will be out of use
