Kolsay lakes are located in the Kul-say gorge, in the Northern spurs of the Kungei-Alatau range. It is here that the three mountain lakes Kolsay -1, Kolsay-2, Kolsay-3 are located at an altitude of 1700 m, 2250 m and 2700 meters above sea level.
