2634 Esplanade, Victoria, BC V8R, Canada | N end of Esplanade. Usually parked near the end of the the road. Look for a black Mercedes van with lots of boards on it. The location may change for this session depending on weather, wind and other considerations. If there are any changes we will get in touch as early as possible. Alternate locations are as close as possible to Victoria.
