Know before you book

  • Children 1 and younger are complimentary when accompanied by a paying adult.
  • The VIP fast-track includes meet-and-greet service at the skywalk and Premium Immigration Lane service at the airport. It does not include transportation to your city hotel. You must book a transfer to your desired destination in addition to this service.
  • Visa on Arrival is not included in this service. If you are a national of the following countries: Andorra, Bulgaria, Bhutan, China, Cyprus, Ethiopia, India, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Maldives, Malta, Mauritius, Romania, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Ukraine, or Uzbekistan, you must pay a visa fee of THB 1,000 (subject to change) upon arrival at the Immigration Checkpoint. List of countries may change; please check with Tour East Thailand for an updated list.
  • If you choose the VIP fast-track depature, a friendly hostess will meet and greet you at a location agreed in the departure hall, holding a sign with your name or a company logo. They will then assist with check-in and lead you to the exclusive fast track immigration counter where a fast pass voucher is included.
