The central idea behind this tour are the five churches that connects the life and work of Rubens. It symbolizes the Rubens walk of fame. The Sint-Andrieschurch was very special to Peter Paul Rubens. After his return from Italy, he stayed here for a while in a parish and started his imposing career in Antwerp. The location of the church symbolizes the start of Rubens in Antwerp. That's why this tour starts here. Normally you can enter the church from 9.00-12.00 and 14.00-17.00.
