I'm Simone Vergamini, "Best Sommelier of Tuscany 2023", 3rd place in the Best Sommelier of Italy 2018, 2021 and 2022. We can organize the tasting directly at your home or at the hotel where you are on vacation. The experience always includes an introduction to wine tasting, the history of the area and of the wineries. We will then move on to the tasting of 5 wines accompanied by locally produced bread, cheese and oil. These are wines selected from small producers in the province of Lucca, mainly with organic certification, in love with their work and with the territory. I will take care of everything and you won't have to think about anything! I will set the table with tasting tablecloths and serve you the wines in professional glasses! At the end of the tasting, you can take the opened bottles home or to the hotel so you can enjoy them during your holiday.
