Know before you book

  • You must be at least 3.6 feet (120 cm) tall for the ziplines, with a minimum weight of 88 pounds (40 kg). You must weight less than 300 pounds (136 kg)
  • Bring a swimsuit, water shoes and use insect repellent an extra change of clothes and a towel. If you have forgotten something do not worry, they are available at the shops in the park.
  • The activity requires not having had surgery for 6 months. If you are pregnant, or have back, neck, lower back, joint, or muscular problems, you should carefully consider whether to participate. This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
  • Xplor Park Schedule: Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Minimum age: 5 years old.
  • If you purchase an option with transportation, hotel pickup is available from most Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Riviera Maya hotels. The pickup time will vary depending on the location of your hotel.
  • Children over 4.5 ft but under 12 years of age must present an ID to verify their age when boarding the transportation.
  • Changes in visit dates between high and low seasons will have additional payments on the day of your visit. Prices are available on Expedia's app calendar.
  • The start time as shown on your voucher, only serves as informative data, your pick-up time will depend on the route on your visit date.
  • The pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya so it is necessary to contact Grupo Xcaret to confirm the exact schedule of your pickup.

What you can expect

Gear up for an action-packed day of thrills and exploration at the incredible Xplor Park. Equipped with 2 zipline circuits, an underground river, lush jungles, and lavish buffet spreads, this natural adventure park is sure to bring out the adrenaline junkie in you. Work your way from the sky to the underground, starting with a soaring zipline. Clamber to a platform at the top of the jungle to zoom down one of the tallest ziplining courses in Latin America, crisscrossing 14 different lines on your high-flying adventure. As the wind rushes past your face, take in the breathtaking views and splash your feet in the river below.

Next, climb aboard anamphibious vehicle and set off for an off-road adventure around the jungle before heading to the underground river. Here, you can leisurely float through astounding rock formations by raft, or dive in and swim among the stalactites and stalagmites.

If you start to work up an appetite, peruse the park's all-day, all-you-can-eat buffet, stocked with snacks, fresh fruit smoothies, and hot chocolate—a perfect treat after those cooler underground activities—to round out your day of adventure. Only included Non alcoholic beverages

Xplor Park & Xenotes Enigmatic Waters: Spend a day on a journey to explore 4 unique natural sinkholes, or cenotes, in the Yucatan countryside. These incredible natural geological formations make the perfect setting for the adventurer inside you, with crystal-clear groundwater and a remarkable network of natural caverns all around. During your time at Xenotes, you can try your hand at ziplining, rappelling, kayaking, and snorkeling. Food & Beverages are included. Minimum age: 6 years old.
