You must be at least 3.6 feet (120 cm) tall for the ziplines, with a minimum weight of 88 pounds (40 kg).
You must weight less than 300 pounds (136 kg).
If you are pregnant, or have back, neck, lower back, joint, or muscular problems, you should carefully consider whether to participate.
If you fear heights, you should not take part in this activity.
This activity is not wheelchair accessible.
Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 9 AM–5 PM.
If you purchase an option with transportation, hotel pickup is available from most Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Riviera Maya hotels. Please arrange pickup from your hotel or a nearby location when you confirm your reservation.
