Know before you book
- Price is applicable for individuals aged 5 years and above.
- Service is not available during the Idul Fitri and New Year's periods.
- Pickup from the airport is based on the valid flight number in the booking. Waiting time is 1 hour from the domestic flight landing time and 1.5 hours for international flights.
- Any changes to the initial flight number in the booking will incur an additional fee of Rp.50,000.
- Excess baggage beyond a capacity of 2 will be charged Rp.50,000, exceeding 2 will incur a fee of Rp.100,000. If excess baggage capacity exceeds the vehicle's limit, the supplier reserves the right to cancel the reservation with no refund.
- Excess passenger capacity per head is charged Rp.50,000.
- Pickup after 18:00 due to flight delays will incur a fee of Rp.25,000 (night charge). Payment is made directly to the driver.
- Rescheduling allowed 1 days before the pick-up date and subject to the availability of the supplier's units.
