What you can expect

Discover the majestic Salt Cathedral of Zipaquira, one of the most unique cathedrals in the world. This half-day tour takes you north of the city through some of the most exclusive residential areas to Zipaquira, a small town where the world-famous cathedral is located.

Head underground for a tour of the cathedral and the Stations of the Cross, built into the walls of a former salt mine. A functioning Roman Catholic church is contained within, attended by as many as 3,000 visitors on Sundays. You can also enjoy a 3D movie detailing the history of the salt mines in early Colombian history.

After some free time to explore the area, return transportation takes you back to your hotel.
